The basic Commercial Hibachi model is ideal for smaller restaurant or catering use. Stainless steel allows for easy cleaning. Lined with ceramic insulation to improve what is already a very efficient charcoal grill. Tests have shown that it is about 30% more efficient that traditional hibachis. Many accessories are available, including smoking and roasting attachments; chef's workstation to add different levels of heat and warming levels; places for bain maries for oil, seasoning and marinades; wings to cover the sides to reduce cleaning; yakitori rails for mesh grills and skewers, which also act as mounts for shelving system.
