These Grill presses are designed to assist passionate cooks and chefs to take cooking to another level.  For steak it helps give it a crust while fish, particularly when cooking with skin on like barramundi, stops it from curling when on a hotplate or a grill.  Designed so that the width works with the fulls range of the Hibachi Tabo grills.
